POTATO VADA’S








ING:- 8-10 POTATOES


3 ONIONS


1 ½ CUP OF GRAM FLOUR


2 TEA SP.GINGER, GARLIC,GREEN CHILLI PASTE


¼ CUP OF SMALL CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.


1 TEA SP. LEMON JUICE.


PINCH OF SODA


OIL FOR FRYING.






PRO:- FIRST BOIL POTATOES AND SMASH IT.


ADD SMALL CHOPED ONION,CORIANDER LEAVES, GINGER,GARLIC GREEN CHILLI PASTE,LEMONJUICE ,1/2 SP. OF SUGAR, SALT MIX WELL AND MAKE SMALL BALLS.


IN ANOTHER BOWL TAKE GRAM FLOUR ADD SALT,LITTLE BIT CHILLI POWDER,SODA AND 2 TEA SP.OF HOT OIL IN IT.


ADD WATER & MAKE A DOUGH LITTLE BIT THINNER (LIKE BHAJJI )


IN ONE PAN TAKE 2 TO 3 CUP OF OIL HEAT IT.


TAKE ONE BY ONE THE PREPARED POTATO BALLS & DIP IN GRAM FLOUR AND DEEP FRY IN OIL.


WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN TAKE IT OUT AND DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.

SERVE WITH PEANUT-GARLIC CHUTNEY OR SAUCE






GARLIC CHUTNEY


ING:- 1 CUP OF PEANUTS

8 TO 10 CLOVES OF GARLIC


PINCH OF HING (ASAFOETIDA)


1 TEA SP.OF CUMIN SEEDS


1 TEA SP. OF (DHANE)


PRO:- ROAST PEANUTS WHEN IT COOLS REMOVE THE SKIN OF THEM .

MIX ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS TO THE CLEANED ROASTED PEANUTS  AND GRIND IT.


YOUR CHUTNEY IS READY.


REMARK:- THIS CHUTNEY ALSO TASTES GOOD WITH PARATHAS AND BREAD.
