ING:- 3 CUPS OF BOILED & SMASHED POTATOES


2 CUPS OF MATAR


2-3 SLICES OF BREAD


¼ CUP OF GRATED COCONUT


¼ CUP OF CORIANDER LEAVES FINELY CHOPPED


1 ONION CHOPPED FINELY

2 TEA SP. GINGER,GARLIC,GREEN CHILLI PASTE


1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS OR RICE FLOUR


1 TEA SP. LEMON JUICE


SALT & SUGAR FOR TASTE


1 TEA SP. CUMIN SEEDS


OIL


PRO:- TAKE BOILED & SMASHED POTATOES


MAKE THE  BREAD SLICES SLIGHTLY WET AND MIX IN POTATOES ADD SALT FOR TASTE

 MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE.


TAKE MATAR BOIL IT AND SMASH SLIGHTLY


ADD IN THIS BOILED MATAR COCONUT ,CORIANDER LEAVES,ONION, GARLIC GINGER GREEN CHILLI PASTE,LEMON JUICE, SALT, SUGAR,CUMIN SEEDS. MIX ALL THESE WELL.


MAKE SMALL BALLS OF POTATOES MIXTURE


TAKE ONE PIECE OF THIS BALL AND FLATTEN IT AND FILL MATAR MIXTURE IN IT AND SEAL IT COMPLETELY WITHIN THE POTATO MIXTURE,FLATEN THIS SLIGHTLY NOW.


TAKE BREAD CRUMBS OR RICE FLOUR IN ONE DISH .DIP THIS PATIS IN BREAD CRUMBS AND SHALLOW FRY THIS PATTIS IN OIL TILL ITS COLOUR CHANGES TO GOLDEN BROWN.


SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE


TIP: U CAN ALSO ADD BEANS ,CAULI FLOWER,CABBAGE INSTEAD OF MATAR.
